On October 29, we were awarded with the prize "Top Forming 2012".
Fòrema, a company in Padua that deals with corporate training, organizes every year in October a series of events open to companies, students, trainers, teachers and researchers with the aim to find news, experiences and opportunities from the world of education.
We have also been protagonists of these events, thanks to our Academy. In particular, October 18, during the meeting “Companies like cultures” that took place at the “Cubo Rosso” of Padua. We have tried to answer an important question, namely how culture and corporate identity can become growth factors. In this dialogue between academics, trainers and companies we were there, we told our experience with the internal Academy.
On October 29, we were also awarded with the prize “Top Forming 2012“, an award reserved for companies that have distinguished themselves for the design of training programs of excellence. There has also been a lot of interest of the public who, with many questions and interventions, tried to figure out how to adapt the instrument Academy to their company.
